What was supposed to be a quick hour and a half drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls turned into 3+ hour traffic jam! I guess everyone wanted to get to the great US of A! I don't blame em'! Best country ever!
When we finally arrived in the US, we stopped at the Hard Rock to get some dinner before venturing over to the Falls.
Now to the Falls!
We picked a great time to go because the sun was just setting and made a beautiful backdrop to an already breathtaking sight.
You could also look across the water to see the Canadian side.
We enjoyed a nice walk back to the hotel to rest up before hitting the Falls again in the morning.
The next morning we decided to get a look from a different angle so we headed over to Horseshoe Falls.
It was hard to capture a good picture from this angle since the mist was a bit out of control so we headed back closer to where we were the night before.
Two family portraits in one. If you look closely you can see Rob and the girls in the background. Bonus!
